1. Information We Collect
Nutri-Pulse collects health-related data to provide personalized AI coaching. This includes: physical metrics (weight, height, age), dietary preferences, activity logs, and hydration data. We also collect basic account information like your email and name via Clerk or Firebase.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to generate personalized meal plans, workout suggestions, and progress analytics. AI processing is performed to optimize your health outcomes. We do NOT sell your health data to third-party advertisers.
3. Data Security
We implement enterprise-grade security. All health metrics are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. Authentication is handled by secure providers (Clerk/Firebase) ensuring your credentials never touch our servers directly.
4. User Control & Privacy
You have full control over your data. You can export your health history or delete your account and all associated health metrics at any time through the 'Settings' section of the Nutri-Pulse app.
5. Third-Party Services
Nutri-Pulse integrates with standard health kits (Apple Health/Google Fit) only if you explicitly grant permission. This data is used solely to provide a comprehensive view of your daily activity within our dashboard.
6. Account Deletion & Data Retention
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, health metrics, meal plans, and activity history from our active databases. Some data may be retained for a limited period in backups or as required by law.
Agreement
"By using the Nutri-Pulse mobile application, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy as we add new AI features to enhance your health journey."
Data Deletion Request
Under Google Play Store policies and global privacy regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
How to delete your data:
- 1.In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This is the fastest way.
- 2.Web Request: If you cannot access the app, please email our support team with your registered email address.
Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your health history, AI coaching data, and earned rewards will be lost.
