SplitSphere ("Application", "Service", "we", "our", or "us") is owned and operated by U&T Technologies. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect
We collect account details (full name, email, profile image, login credentials, Google auth details), financial data (expenses, groups, settlements, balances, transaction metadata, notes, receipts), technical data (device model, OS, app version, IP, device identifiers, language, time zone, diagnostics), and optional biometric authentication processed only on-device.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide and improve app functionality, manage authentication, sync balances in real-time, enable group collaboration, prevent fraud, send reminders, and analyze usage trends.
3. Third-Party Services
SplitSphere integrates with trusted providers: Supabase (authentication, database, sync, storage), Google Authentication (Sign-In), and Expo (mobile infrastructure and OTA updates).
4. Data Storage & Security
We use encrypted HTTPS/TLS communication, secure token-based authentication, access controls, and protected cloud infrastructure. While we apply strong safeguards, no electronic transmission is 100% secure.
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell personal data. Limited information may be shared with infrastructure providers, to meet legal obligations, or to protect platform security.
6. Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Users can request account deletion anytime at support@uttech.in.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, export of your data, or consent withdrawal by contacting support@uttech.in.
8. Children's Privacy
SplitSphere is not intended for children under 13. If child data is identified, it will be removed promptly.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers outside your country where legally permitted. By using the app, you consent to such transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your SplitSphere account and associated data at any time under privacy and app-store policy requirements.
How to delete your data:
- 1.In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
- 2.Email Request: Send a request from your registered email to support@uttech.in.
Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
